Cookbooks provide recipes but the fact that there is very little information about the ingredient itself is just providing 10% of the knowledge needed by both chefs and a home user.
Although how the information will be shared will be a little bit vague/random, the purpose of this blog is not only to provide but also to create a way in which one can interact and know the things needed to know about ingredients.

The basic ratio is one tablespoon of flax seeds and three tablespoons of water to replace one egg. You’ll need to grind the flax seeds into a fine powder using a coffee or spice grinder (or use 2 1/2 teaspoons pre-ground), and then you simply whisk in the water until it becomes gelatinous.
